GoodLot Farmstead Brewing Co. is a family-run farm brewery set on a scenic 28-acre property in Caledon, where organic hop farming, regenerative agriculture, and craft brewing all come together in one open countryside experience.

Founded by Gail and Phil Winters, it’s known as one of Ontario’s original “farm-to-barrel” breweries, producing hyper-local beers made with hops and ingredients grown right on the farm.

The property feels like a full rural escape, with hop yards, walking trails, a seasonal beer garden, and plenty of space to relax outdoors while enjoying fresh, small-batch brews.
