Apple Land Station
329 Richmond St Thorndale
Open: Seasonally (August to October)
Apple Land Station is a second-generation family farm and agritourism destination in Thorndale, just east of London, where apple orchards, farm activities, and fresh-from-the-oven baking come together for a classic Ontario fall outing. The farm’s fall season runs into the end of October, with Pick-Your-Own apples, pumpkins, train rides through the orchard, and a seasonal Fun Farm filled with activities.
There’s plenty to keep you wandering once you arrive, from the corn maze and sunflower field to farm animals, jumping pillows, sand mountain, zip lines, and other outdoor play areas. The country store and bakery are open year-round, with Apple Land particularly known for its scratch-made apple pies, along with other fresh and frozen baked goods, preserves, and local treats.
Fall is when Apple Land really shines—ride the train into the orchard, fill a bag with freshly picked apples, find a pumpkin, then finish the day with a warm bakery treat.
